Calendar & Events

OASCA serves as a resource for the healthcare industry and provides events for members annually.

This policy applies to all events sponsored by the Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (OASCA). All cancellations must be received in writing.  Phone cancellations will not be accepted.  Cancellations may be received via fax, email or regular mail.  It is up to the registrant to confirm receipt of the cancellation request. 
 
In the event of circumstances beyond its control OASCA reserves the right to amend or cancel any event. OASCA is not liable for any expense incurred by participants as a result of cancellation.
Event packages are nonrefundable. Individual event refunds will be granded up to 90 days prior to the start of an event. Cancellations made 15-90 days prior to a program will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the program will not receive a refund. In extenuating circumstances, to be determined by OASCA, solely, a voucher for attendance at another OASCA sponsored event might be offered.
